Account Coordinator - (Remote for Albany, NY Residents)
Job description
The Strategic Account Coordinator is responsible for managing, and maintaining relationships and documentation with our insurance partners, OEM’s, and other company vendors. They will also assist with certification tracking and filing. This position reports to the VP of Commercial Accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Assisting with creation and management of department metrics
- Aiding in the transition of accounts with company acquisitions
- Managing and maintaining current business relationships, internal and external
- Managing, tracking, and scanning high volumes of documentation
- Attending industry conferences
- 20% travel to company locations and meetings, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, sometimes stressful, and high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Trustworthy, high degree of integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service attitude
