We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant who is good at multitasking, possesses strong figure aptitude, and has a high level of integrity. Prior B2B office experience is preferred. You will be responsible for supporting our company’s sales executives and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Potential for advancement to office/ operations manager.
Responsibilities:
- Process business credit applications
- Prepare clients' lease or loan documentation packages using Word and Docusign
- Prepare leases and loans for funding/ closing
- Arrange travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Enter, retrieve data, run reports from Salesforce CRM
- Initiate and follow up for vehicle title work.
- Insurance tracking
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Maintain database of records (contact information etc.).
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
