Job description
DMG is currently seeking an individual to join our Team to assist with a tenant call line! This is a part- time, work from home position that could become full-time, as volume increases.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Saturday and Sunday 8pm-8am EST (Overnight, part time)
Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for:
  • Answer back to back calls
  • Utilizes effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer service inquiries. Multi-tasking may be required based on function type.
  • Navigates a computerized system for responding to and/or troubleshooting customer questions
  • Uses discretionary authority to satisfy the customer within reasonable limits
  • Effectively handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls, including escalations

What you need to bring to the table:
  • Must be self-starter, detail-orientated and able to organize and prioritize
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and clients alike
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be bilingual – positions available for Spanish speaking individuals
