Boatyard - Marine – Team Member

Essential Responsibilities and Requirements
- Experience operating yard equipment including Travelift, forklift, pressure washer a plus, but will train the right individual
- Haul, block and launch boats
- Maintain a clean and organized yard
- Detail oriented and communicates effectively
- Professional, positive attitude and friendly demeanor with customers and co-workers
- Adapts quickly and efficiently to changing priorities in order to meet customer or team member needs
- Continuously follows policies and procedures while seeking out new and better ways of accomplishing duties
- Availability to work overtime when required
- High school or equivalent
