Help & Care is a local non-medical Home Care Agency established in 2014, passionately dedicated to providing services that enrich the lives of those for whom we care for.

This client is located in Sunnyvale. They will need companionship to monitor for potential fall risk, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, among other small tasks. They are quiet and prefer a dedicated caregiver M-F in the A.M. who can fit well into their quiet home atmosphere.

This shift: M-F 8AM-12PM

Our mission is to make it possible for seniors to live confidently and age gracefully in their own homes. Our Home Care Aide’s make a positive difference in our clients lives by performing Job Duties such as:

• Companionship & Conversation!
• Medication Reminders / Meal preparation
• Transfer assists
• Personal hygiene (dressing, eating, etc.)
• Occasional Transportation - Errands and/or Appts
• Light Housekeeping

Caregivers come from a wide range of backgrounds and frequently, caregivers consider their services common, nothing special. The truth is that only a select few individuals have the emotional strength, integrity, and personal confidence necessary to become an exceptional caregiver. If this sounds like you, Help & Care would love to help train you to become a CA certified Home Care Aide. We ask that you have:

• Previous Caregiving experience in a personal OR professional setting (HCA, HHA, or CNA certification is a bonus!)
• Reliable transportation.
