TRC is seeking a Cellular Network Dispatcher on behalf of our client located in Tucker, GA.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dispatching and managing field technicians to perform cellular network signal surveys.
  • Boost carrier signal and provide LTE as a backup or primary in commercial environment.
• Digest and compile data that is gathered from multiple testing devices by field technicians.
  • Provide detailed summary, evaluation, and recommendations to managements & customer.

• Prior related experience.
• Basic knowledge or RF signal qualities and 4G/5G networks.
• Copper & RF cabling knowledge, able to markup drawings with simple cable path diagrams.
• Familiar with Android smart phones and applications.
• Ability to navigate and manipulate excel spreadsheets.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Possess strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Cradle point products & LMR cabling, and termination is a plus, but not necessary.
