Our Repair Operator position is a labor intensive role, requiring hard work and sweat, and we have seen great success with team members coming from a background in roofing, framing, construction, and other heavy labor and skilled carpentry professionals.

ESSENTIAL BUSINESS - CURRENTLY HIRING for 1st Shift!!!!

SHIFTS

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm - Must be able to work 1 day on the weekend, 2 days off.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Sorter position is responsible for sorting pallets to grade while ensuring all trash and debris is removed from pallets.
• Responsibilities also include achieving expected production requirements.
• The sorter position requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a regular basis.
• The job requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the observance of all safety rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Sorters must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
• Sorters must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.
• The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery
• Steady work history
