Consilium is looking for a Client Sales Consultant with a passion for achieving and exceeding company objectives and the tenacity to coordinate placing healthcare professionals in short-staffed facilities, particularly in rural and other underserved communities. Above all, the Client Sales Consultant must be able to create and cultivate functional partnerships with healthcare facilities and Consilium team members.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Client Sales Consultant, your responsibilities each day will include extensive communication with current and potential healthcare partners and collaboration with Consilium team members. You should be able to effectively engage people from a variety of professional backgrounds, methodically source potential clients and document all interactions, think on your feet, and respond to time-sensitive requests in an efficient manner. In addition, the successful Client Sales Consultant can produce results when faced with a high volume of tasks that can be repetitive in nature. On an average day, your agenda may include the following duties:
Consult with healthcare facilities on staffing needs, generate new leads
Negotiate initial contracts with healthcare facilities
Document all facility interactions, schedule follow-up communication
Partner with Recruiting and Account Management to source under-staffed facilities and connect them with available physicians
Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare facilities searching for providers
