Job description

The Rising Rebels baseball program is looking for qualified and dedicated baseball coaches for the spring 2023 season, ages 11U-14U. As an organization, we pride ourselves on player development and creating a competitive environment for all of our players. During the spring season, you will be responsible for coaching two practices a week starting the second week of March, and then coaching five weekend tournaments from April 22nd until June 4th (no Memoral Day weekend). Practices will be held in Morristown, and tournaments will be held in the tristate area, mostly New Jersey, specifically in Perfect Game tournaments, Diamond Nations, Somerset County, Lehigh Valley, Staten Island, etc. As a coach with the Rising Rebels organization, opportunities exist to work in our winter training workouts, as well as private lessons with our players. Additionally, if hired, you can also coach in the summer season. Previous experience required: high school, college, professional coaching, OR, playing at a college program or professionally.
