As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for working reconciliations, processing IPLAN change request, working default reports, working collection pools as assigned and assisting Collectors as needed.

In this role you will:

• Performs the Artiva reconciliation and ensures any issues are resolved timely
• Process IPLAN changes timely as requested
• Performs daily balancing of the AR
• Completes the SMA 3 Exhibit (if applicable)
• Work reports as assigned
• Work eRequest queues as assigned
• Works pools as assigned
• Manages special processes related to processing accounts restored with an AX status
  

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of related experience required
