Our client, a leader in the precast concrete industry, is in search of a Concrete Project Manager join their growing team. This is a fast-paced company with an emphasis on putting its employees first.

Do you have experience scheduling and managing projects for a precast operation? Are you looking for a better opportunity where they support personal and professional advancement?

The Project Manager interfaces with contractors, architects, engineers, owners, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generates and knows correct and timely project information.
• Creates the preliminary schedule for the project.
• Performs the job setup for the project which includes initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Organizes set ups for all MPO’s and POs to keep track of all logged items and submittals.
• Takeoffs.
• Collaborates with the team to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicates information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.
• Daily job cost reports.
• Creates change orders after understanding customer expectations.
• Project Closeouts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management working on large projects (over $1 million dollars).
• Must have experience with structural concrete projects.
• Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• Previous experience with estimating and proposals.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
