• Full responsibility for site layout from utilities, to foundations to core, shell through interiors
• Creates, maintains, and executes the project plan and schedule; and ensures compliance with budget
• Coordinates all construction activities as directed by the Sr. Construction Superintendent
• Ensures project materials and workmanship meet contract specifications
• Obtains necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, municipal/provincial authorities and owners
• Anticipates and advises senior management of potential problems, work interferences or scheduling issues while assisting in resolving such conflicts
• Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations

• 10 years of relevant experience
• 5 years BIM building experience
• Computer proficient, including AutoCAD, PROCOR, Bluebeam, Revit, Microsoft 365
• Proficient with latest scanning tools, total station
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including construction specifications, building materials, methods and procedures
• Ability to apply complex engineering principles to construction challenges
• Ability to visualize the entire project and anticipate constructibility issues and embed solutions in the construction plans and schedules
• Ability to visualize and create the project schedule’s critical path
• Ability to schedule, monitor, and forecast resources for optimum efficiency
