Are you a Construction Superintendent with multi-family ground-up podium experience?

The company is a well-established developer with projects across the Carolinas. The business has an extremely low turnover rate of staff, and this position is open due to expansion.

The role will see you managing multifamily sites in the $50m+ range. Your first with the business will be a podium project in Raleigh.

This role will suit an experienced Superintendent that wants the autonomy to run their site how they choose. You’ll be joining a developer that is growing significantly and has a pipeline of projects across Raleigh over the next few years.

On offer is a base salary of $155,000 (Negotiable)+ Truck/allowance + Bonus + Benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
