Job Description:
Cooks work in the back of house preparing food to the exact specifications and to set up stations for menu, determine food requirements, such as the variety and quantity of food to be prepared, by reviewing production schedule; and assembling of supplies and equipment required for cooking work. Cook duties will consist of assisting the Kitchen Team Leader with their daily tasks. Cooks play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. A formal education is not necessary or required; however, on-the-job training of our Menu is necessary and required.
Job Types: Full-Time or Part-Time availability
Weekends Required.

Understand and adhere to company’s processes, cooking methods, standard portion sizes, and kitchen rules and quality standards.
Promote safety culture in all areas in the workplace, including food safety, customer safety, and the safety of team members.
Skills Required:
The following physical requirements must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. The work environment requires tolerance to variations in temperature, wet conditions in dishwashing area, exposure to food products, and manufacturing equipment that includes a variety of controls and mechanisms.
Able to work the shifts agreed between management upon hiring.
May require long shifts, with extensive standing and walking.
Use complete range of cooking methods including slicing and grinding.

Able to regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to perform simple grasping or squeezing, fine manipulation, overhead reaching, repetitive hand and arm movements.
Ability to bend, stoop or squat to grab lower shelf items or clean.
Common visual function such as near vision and depth perception.
Additional Information:
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information, respond to questions or concerns from management.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Food Handler required.
