We are currently searching for a Cook for the Radisson Ames Conference Center in Ames, IA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets.

2. Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant.

3. Insures proper stocking line for menu items.

4. Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs.

5. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times.

6. Production of breakfast.

7. Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef, Assistant Food & Beverage Director, Food & Beverage Director.

Minimum Education Requirements:

1. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

2. Training in food preparation desirable.

Minimum Experience/Skill Requirements:

1. Basic food preparation.

2. One (1) year food preparation experience highly desirable.

3. Must be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
