Reports To: Director, Human Resources-Hibbett Wholesale

SUMMARY
The Coordinator, Recruiting assists the Human Resources team with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for logistics facilities positions. This includes, but not limited to, sourcing qualified candidates, the job posting process, including the creation of requisitions in the Company’s Talent Management System, screening and interviewing applicants, scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers, creating offer letters, conducting work history reference checks, handling background checks and onboarding compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work within the Application Tracking System (ATS) having the responsibility for using it accurately and consistently, within the policies of the organization and all legal parameters
Execute recruiting action plan for logistics facility.
Monitor applicant flow and execute recruiting action plan
Through targeted talent branding, aggressively provide recruiting support
Social media recruiting
Source candidates via LinkedIn and drive visibility to Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Respond to applicant inquires as needed
Via phone or email contact
Audit onboarding documents weekly and/or as needed to ensure compliance
Ensure proper completion of all onboarding and time-sensitive documentation
Administer Form I-9 actions which include e-Verify case closing for logistics facility
Address compliance issues with start date and perform full I-9 audits
Respond to employee benefit inquiries in a timely manner
Assist Human Resources team with employee events and recognition

Protect the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Communication skills and attention to detail
Strong technical acumen and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Excellent business communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience in Human Resources, Benefits, and Employee Relations is a plus
