Work for a great company that will train you effectively and will reward your hard work! Viking Restaurants is looking for Crewmembers at most of our Burger King locations but specifically our Burger King location at 1980 Rahncliff Court, Eagan, MN 55122.

The Team Member position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Crew Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift supervisors. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team. The Crew Member lives the company Mission Statement and values through direction of Management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· The Crew Member is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment

· Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact

CRITICAL RELATIONSHIPS:

· Reports to Restaurant Manager

· May be supervised by Assistant Manager and/or Senior Assistant Manager

· May be coached by District Manager

Hiring wages - depending on age and experience:

• 14/15 year olds - up to $13.00 per hour
• 16/17 year olds - up to $15.00 per hour
• 18 years and older - up to $17.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
