Job description

Hanes Lawncare & Landscaping has professionally served residential and commercial properties since 1996 in and around Clearfield. We are looking for Crew Members to join our team for snow removal services. Must be motivated, self-starter, and reliable. Experience preferred but not necessary.

• Winter maintenance includes de-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots using equipment such as shovels, plows, snow blowers, vehicles, and other power and manually operated tools and equipment used to perform snow removal
• Drive work truck to various locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport
• General maintenance / preparation of vehicles and equipment

Winter season hours: 20-40 hours/week, on-call. Must have open availability as our hours of operation fluctuate between the seasons and depending on weather. Pay depending on experience.

Could lead to full time hours for Lawncare /landscaping work starting in Spring.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift upwards of 50+ lbs and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with common snow removal equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
