Starting Rate: $18.85 an hour for day shift with $2.00 shift differential for weekend night shift.

Work Hours: 12-hour schedule, Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights, 6pm-6am

Location: We have 3 locations in Harrisonburg. This position is at our North plant at 2347 Kratzer Road.

As a Crewleader, you will:

• prepare end-of-line paperwork, do data entry of counts and other information
• ensure accuracy of various records, reports and paperwork
• work in a team environment and cross-train with others
• receive training to help advance your career
• be a leader for a binding line crew
