Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Ambassador you will:
- Greet everyone that is within 10' of you with a smile!

Answering incoming calls for both sales and service

Placing outgoing follow up calls with service customers

Assist customers with multiple business request

Assisting our service customers at checkout

Scheduling customer automotive service appointments
