Job description

We currently have a full-time job opening for a Sales Support Coordinator in our Randolph Support Services Department.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and understand the value of good verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of inventory management and the flow of orders/items in and out of a warehouse
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexibility with others within a department
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an office environment
  • Proficient in Windows Office based applications

Skills

  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and advocate for them when necessary
  • Able execute Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment to resolve customer problems
  • Confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, manage time, and communicate effectively
  • Ability to present a professional response to the customer using both telephone and computer correspondence
  • Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables process

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of correspondence with customers via telephone and e-mail to communicate information regarding Warranties, returns, proof of deliveries, copies of invoices and credits.
  • Handle customer complaints relating to invoices, shipping issues, warranties, quality, etc.; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Document all communication with customers regarding changes or additions to orders and credits
  • Interact with all areas of the office and warehouse to facilitate the flow of order credits and billing to meet customer requests
  • Use internal JD Edwards software system for all processing
  • Other tasks as required

Hours 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday. 40 hours per week.
