Responsibilities:

• Client facing sales
• Answering phones, booking client appointments, and cashiering.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Confident to sell high-end merchandise within the boutique while handling tattoo service customers.

Qualifications:

• Must have Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Skilled in strategic planning, time management, and self-propelled.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Face-to-face sales experience
• Ability to respond to a high volume of customers.
• Meet all sales goals. Sales commissions are available!
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
