Looking to start to a new career or changing job fields? We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Prior positions that do well are: College Student, Bank Tellers, Retail, Customer Service, Inside Sales. (NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE NECESSARY)

The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated work ethic and looking to gain experience in customer service, marketing, and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and part requests.
  • Manage a team of customer service employees.
  • Hire, train, and develop new staff members.
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor (high energy)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Military Fasteners is a global company and hiring for our Melbourne, Florida office.

The position is Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, and weekends off. We have a variety of benefits and a great work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
