Job description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative that is passionate about health care and helping others, to join our company. The ideal candidate has previous experience with customer service as well as a wide range of technical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Interacting face to face live with walk in clients.
- Researching and resolving member questions and issues using multiple online tools and systems.
- Documenting all work including completed tasks and notes in an online CRM tool
- Reviewing and analyzing member paperwork, forms, and activity within multiple online tools and systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to research and resolve issues for Health Connector members.
- Collaborating with external third-party teams to resolve issues for Health Connector members.
- Answering member questions as needed
- Assist members with the application and enrollment process.
- Assist members in navigating the insurance process by presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist members process payments, access and/or create member accounts.
- Participate in the quality assurance process and periodic refresher trainings.
- Track and monitor the status for open request using multiple online tools and systems.
Requirements:
- NOT REMOTE- this is an in-person Customer Service Representative role
- Must be fully vaccinated
- 1 year health insurance experience
- 1 Year customer service experience required
- 1 year Microsoft Office experience
- 1 year data entry
- Ability to type minimum 35 WPM
- familiar with Salesforce or AWS
- Communication skills like a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities
- Attention to detail to be able to provide written communication to customers that are free of spelling or grammatical errors
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
- Strong computer proficiency (web navigation, typing, MS Office)
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time.
Additional skills consider but not required:
- Bilingual- All languages.
Contract position Temp-to-Perm
