Medical Bill Detectives is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative or CSR to join our team and work from home Remotely


JOB SUMMARY:
  • The Customer Service Representative - Handles each account for individual clients to ensure the daily special requests, and all communications are handled in a timely and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Process monthly/weekly billing in Great Plains.
  • Maintain inventory levels on accounts responsible for adjustments and moves.
  • Process daily record.
  • Communicate with team about any changes pertaining to processed orders.
  • Communicate on a daily basis with clients and freight companies through emails and phone.
  • File orders and paperwork pertaining to accounts.
  • Run and oversee annual physicals with client and IT.
  • Data entry of inbound work orders.
  • Develop and maintain relations with clients.
  • Coordinate with Manager and department on enhancement requests from clients.
  • Coordinate with the team on any special projects.
  • Work closely with Sales team and Manager with the onboarding process for new clients.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Answer phone calls for the sales team.
  • Enter information into salesforce for leads.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Good organizational skills a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, AS/400, Sphere WMS and Internet Outlook.
  • Basic PC keyboard knowledge.
  • Good phone and email communication a must.
