Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art monitoring center facility is the most advanced in the United States. The team at Affiliated Monitoring protects millions of people by monitoring their security alarms and medical alert systems.

Our team currently has an opening for an Data Entry Specialist. Working as part of our Advanced Team, this critical role helps is instrumental in maintaining an accurate customer database for life safety monitoring. You will be interpreting and implementing data from partners ranging from nationally recognized security, PERS and IoT providers to unique technology startups.

This position requires critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Payrate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Data Request cases out of a queue in SalesForce
• Learn various software utilized on a daily basis in job performance.
• Stay current on Data procedure and practices
• Focus on Partner requests and, when needed, advise on best method to accomplish
• Collaborate within our organization to provide the best partner experience.

• Prior experience inputting data preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skill sets required
