More than a year of experience on data labeling
Roles and Responsibilities:
Dialog Designer

• Overall work experience between 1 Year to 2 Years’ in data labeling (Image/text annotation) or any technical field related to IT or IT enabled services or call centre Subject matter expert (SME).
• Good command over English communication (Read/Write/Listen).
• As a Dialog Designer you will need listen to audio and read through each transcript carefully, these audios and transcripts are communication between Agent & Customer.
• You will need to label each of the following from the transcript provided: side talks, label customer questions, answers provided and head intent of the conversation.
• Use data labeling tool to label the text data effectively and efficiently.
• Candidate must be result oriented and outcome driven, willing to push themselves.
• Provide documentation of processes.
