Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the support and management of projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes while complying with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports a variety of different types of projects utilizing different methodologies including large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and remediation of not-permitted technology items, infrastructure upgrade and deployments. Effectively communicates with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support. Assists with project financials when required and provides updates to Exec’s and stakeholders. Assists core leadership team who plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies, including partnership with business to create transition plans and success metrics to sustain change. Owns scheduling of weekly leadership sessions and other light calendar management. Manages internal team repository sites including making updates to organizational changes, posting meeting notes, event agendas, and maintaining current onboarding documents and information.

- Supports teams in guiding projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are updated
- Schedules and facilitates regular meetings to review progress and ad hoc meetings as required; books Telepresence or meeting rooms, formulates agendas and documents minutes, action items etc.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues to senior leaders and executives, or assist in the remediation of the same
- Assisting executives with planning and management of team resources or associated funding activities
- Handling confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity

Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience
- 3+ years of prior work experience as Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and Jira
- Experience managing technology projects in a financial industry
