Rapidly growing, privately owned general dental office in Crown Point Indiana is looking for a responsible, caring, friendly, enthusiastic EFDA assistant with strong customer service and communication skills. Our fast paced office is looking for someone that shares our compassion and dedication in helping others.

Qualifications:

• Assist the dentist at the chair while they are engaged in any treatment with patients
• Maintain an inventory of dental instruments, equipment, and supplies in the dental operatory
• Perform all duties of sterilization when deemed necessary
• Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff
• Must be efficient and dependable with a strong work ethic
• EFDA license or certification preferred but will train
• MUST have a current X-Ray license

Required experience:

• Dental Assisting: 1 year

Required license or certification: * Expanded Functions Certification and X-ray Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
