New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp is seeking a strong leader with outstanding organizational, customer service and analytical skills to oversee a Deposit Operations team, based out of Meredith, NH. The Deposit Operations Supervisor will have a desire to train and develop a team of diverse and eager professionals.

Salary based on level of experience
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supervising a team of Deposit Operations employees
- Oversees and supports department responsibilities including dispute processing, file maintenance review and exception processing
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of files
- Works with internal departments, employees and vendors on resolution of issues impacting assigned area
- Acts as a resource to all Deposit Operations employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience performing high level research, analysis and issue resolution
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Superior customer service, relations and communication skills
- 5-7 years of bank operations experience in a fast paced environment
- Solid knowledge of deposit-related state and federal regulations
