Under general guidance, will oversee the design and utilization of business information system applications and processes across the company that enable business growth; enhancing profitability through synergy and quality business information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain a Business Information System vision which meets the demands of the business, the strategy, and a roadmap, and lead the Leadership Team and company stakeholders in its effective execution.
• Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with functional groups and their leaders across the enterprise, with a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities; partnering with functional leaders to identify system wide business information opportunities and working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and deploy solutions.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and hands-on expertise with enterprise resource planning, warehouse and distribution, and integration with commercial applications in the areas of application governance, architecture, design, build/development, testing, warranty, and operations.
• Ensure the value and ROI is achieved as anticipated for every investment and implementation from outsourced vendors, and the overall services are delivered as expressed in the Statement of Work and related exhibits, service levels of software products are maintained and continually improved, and any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services provided by the vendor are minimized.
• Assist functional leaders to design and deploy functional programs, tools and processes that facilitate improved organizational performance, including effective integration with our international colleagues and subsidiaries.
• Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the company’s operations and business applications.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure standards and policies across IT and security are followed and effective.
• Provide insights on business information systems best practices, pro-actively recommend new technology solutions and ideas in order to continuously improve work processes and contribute to a culture of measurement and innovation.
• Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes, including but not limited to cybersecurity, office security protocol, in-office server infrastructure, and network infrastructure to comply with company policies.
• Maintain oversight and management of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported.
• Analyze the costs, value, risks and performance of business information systems to advise management and suggest actions.
• Develop and manage the annual department budget.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field of study from an accredited college plus 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in deploying/delivering ERP and Supply chain applications and solutions.

Prior experience of a minimum of 10 years designing, building/ configuring/ customizing, testing, implementation, and rollout of SAP Supply chain in the area of the warehouse, distribution, logistic procurement, planning, and Intercompany and SAP solutions globally is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $146,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
