District Manager: Salary + quarterly bonus
We are looking for a District Manager to be the driving force behind a motivated team of General Managers in a growing and ever-changing car wash environment. You’ll be working with like-minded peers to ensure that every location provides guests with top-notch experiences. As a District Manager, you will not only have the opportunity to impact the business but also your community! Our leaders drive guest and crew member satisfaction while ensuring a safe profitable environment!

What you’ll do:
Drive top and bottom-line results through leadership and team accountability
Connect with General Managers daily to discuss site wins, opportunities, and strategies to increase brand awareness
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist GM in recruiting and hiring
Conduct visits once per week for each site
Develop talent through our career path and personal mentorship.
Partner with Regional Director on budgets, schedules, membership sales, and retention goals.
Own sites’ financial results through management of the business and daily operations.
What you’ll need:

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to travel
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility in scheduling
A passion for leading performance-driven teams
Experience in multi-unit management
Car wash experience a plus
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift or move 50 pounds
