Focus Behavioral Health strives to help every individual we work with reach their full potential, and we are currently seeking a Direct Support Professionals to support adults with an Intellectual & Developmental Disorder (IDD) diagnosis and/or Autism for 4, 6 or 7 hour shifts a day in East Berlin & Dover. Experience working with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism is welcomed but not needed because Focus provides a full paid training program to the right people to join our team.

This position requires:

• a creative a fun attitude
• a minimum of a high school diploma
• a valid driver's license
• clear criminal background clearances
• a reliable vehicle, insured in your name to provide daily transportation for our individuals (Mileage is reimbursed)

A Support Staff will be responsible for:

• data collection related to goals and behavioral support plans
• daily health and safety of the individual during daily activities
• transporting individuals to work/appointments, and in the community for routine interests
• helping individuals achieve independence by managing and attain behavioral objectives
• acting as a primary communicator between the individual, treatment team, and family.
• establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with groups and individuals
• providing a caring and compassionate environment for all

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
