QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service
  
• Spanish speaker is preferred
  
• Ability to work under pressure and fast pace environment
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain several live chat conversations while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers
• Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
• Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information

DAILY DUTIES:

• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answers resident questions via our online chat feature or ticketing system.
• Provides residents with customer service.
• Keeps clear documentation of when updates are performed.
• Schedules access sticker appointments with residents and perform access sticker installations.
• Keep all files up to date with documents received.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
