Bridges Staffing is hiring
Full-time Landscapers for a locally established landscaping firm. This is not a “temp job”. You will be employed year-round as a valued team member with this landscaping firm. These positions have the potential for amazing growth. No experience, no problem! They will train the right candidate to perform landscaping services in some of the most beautiful properties in town.

Hours:
- Mon-Fri 7 am-4 pm with occasional overtime, Saturday work, and always with overtime pay.
Pay:
- $35,360-$41,600/yr or more depending on experience, reevaluation after 90 days.
Requirements:
- Candidates with no experience must have recent experience in a physically demanding outside job.
- Must be reliable and on time to work.
- Must be willing and able to stand, walk, stretch, bend, and climb.
- Familiarity with lawn care, hardscaping, and irrigation is a plus.
- Farm tractor operation is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures (winter and summer months).
- Driver's license required.
- Experience driving trailers, higher pay.
- Able to safely lift 50 lb and sometimes more multiple times a day.
- Must be able to learn to safely use tools and power equipment required for landscaping.
