As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process of our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for open positions. Any level of experience is welcome to apply. Training will be provided. This position is in office.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings to identify the best fit for open positions.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.
