JOB TITLE: Event Logistics Coordinator
LOCATION: REMOTE
DURATION: 6 months

SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, involved in coordination, planning and execution of customer facing and/or internal facing activities generating brand, product, and program awareness, obtaining leads and boosting conversions.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Tradeshow logistics for all SBUs Over 100 quantity
  • Registration for sponsorship, booth and staff
  • Order electrical, internet, carpet, furniture, waste basket, and lead scan
  • Golf tournament planning
  • Distro request for supplies
  • Manage Distro assembly projects
  • Pre and post show shipping
  • Event plan and pre show meetings with attendees
  • Raffle prize selection and shipping
  • Finance (invoice submission, cost tracking, and Concur)
  • Communicate all details to sales attendees
  • Communicate with event contacts to get all details for planning
  • Lead tracking process
  • Research and logistics for receptions/social gatherings
  • Promotional item and giveaways ordering


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One to two years of administrative experience with at least one year providing communication and or marketing support
  • Ability to understand, follow and communicate department and company policies and procedures to business partners
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and ExcelStrong analytical skills required
  • Ability to write and present clear and concise reports Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing large projects
  • Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction
