Job description
Currently seeking a qualified executive assistant to the CEO. This individual will have experience with clerical work, strong communication skills and is comfortable working in high-pressure situations.
Duties include:
Assist CEO in managing day-to-day business operations, making appointments, maintaining calendar, booking travel, accommodating itineraries, running business and personal errands; manages written and verbal communications; arranges for activities and services; maintains information in a confidential manner; possess high attention to detail and organization. Manages employee relations, customer service and general business tasks. Works independently; meets deadline time-frames; maintains a poised attitude under pressure with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline driven environment. Completes assigned tasks timely and in accordance with company procedures.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks a must
- Highly professional, have good judgment; an eye for detail and be willing to take initiative
- Strong sense of respect, teamwork, dignity, and integrity
- Solid computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license and transportation
- 2+ years’ experience as a personal / executive assistant
- 1+ years in supervision or management experience
