Job description

MUST have at least one year experience cleaning Airbnb's and/or hotel housekeeping. Individual with experience folding all linen immaculately (video or photo proof) moves to top of choices for consideration.

Reliable, responsible, communicative, solution oriented, self driven, & flexible Airbnb cleaner for NW Phoenix area (51st Ave & the 101), Scottsdale area (64th St & Thunderbird), South Phoenix/Tempe, Mesa.

Must be willing to do ALL laundry including linen/towels/duvet covers. Attention to folding & organization of linen closet a MUST!

Self sufficient with own reliable transportation, equipment, and cleaning supplies. (To include, but not limited to, vacuum, broom & dustpan, mop & bucket, toilet brush & cleaner, rags, wastebasket liners, ceiling fan duster, stain remover for various fabrics, pet hair removal, pet waste removal)

Organize kitchen drawers & cabinets, and ensure all surfaces both inside & out are debris free.

Empty refrigerator of any left items (take them or trash them), and thoroughly wipe inside & out of fridge. Wipe down top of fridge as well.

Straighten & tidy up outdoor living spaces. Ensure pool deck is swept of any sharp objects like broken glass.

Staging of towels, amenities, soap dispensers, guest book, & welcome basket done to brand standards.

Report any damage to home to management along with supportive photos.

Communicate use of any backup supplies, or low quantities of supplies stocked by owner.

Attend quarterly meetings with management to share best practices, brainstorm areas for improvement, offer solutions to common problems.

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
