Full Job Description:

This position will begin immediately and requires assisting the client with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, food prep, transferring, and toileting. Being a caregiver is extremely fulfilling and rewarding work!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.

Qualifications:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must be a licensed driver with a clean driving record
• Must complete all physical and mental demands of the job description

Responsibilities:

• Provides care agreed upon by client or client's family and RNS
• Follows directions as provided by the client and/or client's family and RNS
• Communicates effectively with the client, the client's family, and team members
• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, the client's family, and team members
• Complies with RNS' policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code, and weekend and holiday availability policies
• Agrees to variable work schedules including evening, weekend, and holiday hours and client changes
• Current CPR certification
• Yearly TB testing and free of communicable diseases when reporting to work
• Is responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacements for shifts when needed
• Participates in staff meetings and in service.
• Assumes other duties, as requested by the team leader or president
