Job description
Kepley Enterprises is hiring a Farm Operator to join their family farm operation in Chanute, Kansas.
The ideal applicant would be self-motivated, organized, mechanically inclined.
Job duties include:
· Operating a Sprayer and mixing chemicals
· Operating all farm equipment
· Assist with harvest
· Driving semi-truck
· Routine maintenance on equipment
The Farm Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
A CDL is not required but preferred. Kepley Enterprises assist in getting a CDL if desired.
Work Schedule: Hours vary based on the season
November – March Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
March – October Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM with some weekends
Compensation: $50,000-70,000 per year based on experience. Bonuses, Housing and utilities allowance, health insurance stipend, work truck, and cell phone allowance.
