Part Time to Full Time Driver Needed!
The position is Part-Time to Full-Time Driver with Rize Express as Pickup and Delivery driver for Fedex Ground. Looking for motivated drivers capable of learning and operating a daily route. A decent clean driving record is necessary and the candidate must be capable of passing a drug test. One year commercial driving experience within last 3 years is required for approval. Uber, Lyft, pizza delivery, Jimmy Johns and any Military driving are accepted. Any position requiring you to be behind the wheel for company purposes counts.
Description: As a delivery driver for Rize Express you’ll be delivering to residents and businesses around the Kalamazoo area for FedEx ground each day, we provide all the resources for you to have a successful day.
- Part-Time: Kalamazoo and neighboring cities , Monday-Sunday Schedule. Saturday or Sunday is required.
- Terminal Loading Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan
- Pay: Training pay is $100 per day/ Starting pay after completed training is $120.00 up to $160.00per day with Bonus Tier Pay/3-6 day work week, if necessary(On Call). Average Driver will make $600-$800 per week.
Qualifications
Schedule: Must be available to work Monday through Sunday. On Call
Attendance: It is important that you show up on time to fulfill your scheduled route consistently.
Attitude: You’ll need to bring a “can-do” optimistic attitude, and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with our clients and their customers.

1. One full year of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years. CDL is not required. (i.e. Amazon, appliance furniture delivery. Larger box or step truck experience preferred.)
2. Must be at least 21 years of age.
3. Current medical card for DOT physical will be needed and a drug screen will be given during the application process. Random drug screens are also given throughout employment.
4. Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3 years will be verified. No tickets. MVR will be pulled randomly during employment.
5. No DUI’s. No Felonies. A full background check will be completed.
6. Current Michigan Drivers License with Chauffeur enhancement.
7. Road test
Desirable Skills
Highly dependable, healthy, able to read a map, fast-paced, detail oriented, friendly, neat in appearance, experienced in rural and city areas, able to work alone, safe in the workplace and on the road. Box truck or step van driving and delivery experience is a plus. You must be able to read a map and have a good sense of direction.
