As a Treasury Sales Associate on the Financial Institution Foreign Bank and Broker/Dealer Team , you will play an integral part in contributing to new sales targets, managing business relationships, and achieving portfolio growth objectives. You will be working with some of the most sophisticated financial institutions to provide world class cutting edge solutions, and assist in project management and strategic discussions to achieve these goals. You will develop skills over time for a successful career within the firm and ability to pursue more senior roles within the Payments Solutions such as a Payments Sales Manager (PSM) position.

Job Responsibilities
  • Understanding the clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives in order to identify new product and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the PSM on client proposals to identify appropriate client solutions and to provide cost benefit analysis and run portfolio pricing analysis.
  • Assisting with call preparation/follow-up, customer research, and pitch books
  • Developing account plans, briefing memos and relationship reviews
  • Coordinating with product partners to develop solutions
  • Partner with the PSM throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and to ensure services and pricing are implemented correctly
  • Assisting with KYC requirements and documentation collection, client reach-out

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3 years + experience in cash management or related field; Financial Institution coverage a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
  • Goal oriented with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
  • Ability to manage projects/meetings and coordinate follow-up
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to use various PC- and internet- based systems to manage their portfolio; must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and quickly learn to use and manage the Firm's MIS systems
