The Holiday Inn American Center and Holiday Inn Express both on Madison's eastside are accepting applications for part time Guest Service Representatives. The position is for Saturday and Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm & 3 pm to 11 pm.
Job Description:This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-oriented individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrate a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism.

- Greet arriving guests, assign rooms, make keys, and collect guest payment and billing information in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Ability to work on a computer, answer phone calls, and handle walk-ins for guest reservations, cancellations, check-ins, check-outs, and processing guest’s payment and billing information
- Providing outstanding service by listening and handling guests’ needs and requests in a quick and timely manner
- Communicate with all departments to ensure a smooth and well-run operation so that each guest has the best experience possible
- Acknowledge the guest whenever they enter or leave the hotel
- Hotel experience preferred but not required
