Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm, but normally front desk arrives at 8:20 to get ready for the office to open at 8:30

Looking for: Excellent customer service and computer skills.
Duties:
-Serves as agency liaison for all departments within the agency. Responsible for oversight of the daily operations of Front Desk to include payments, customer service and general supervision of full coverage for front desk. Ensure calls are answered promptly and routed to appropriate departments and individuals in a timely and professional manner. Customers are assisted in a prompt, courteous manner upon arrival. Ensures messages are taken and communicated accurately and timely. This job function includes both the agency main telephone lines and the TTY telephone line. Working time recorded daily.
-Responsible for Servicing Inbox administration. Responsible for opening and coding the daily insurance mail. Review policies for accurate coverage, deductible, and first mortgagee information.
-Responsible for payment acceptance at front desk. Notify Cashier when large sums or paid in full receipts are received. Work closely with Default staff to service delinquent customers. Responsible for assessing walk in customers’ needs and directing customer to pre-determined servicing contacts based upon loan status in a friendly and courteous manner. Servicing and personal calendar must be kept up to date.
