Job description

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. The core tasks include answering the main phone line and transferring calls, greeting visitors and notifying appropriate personnel, ordering office supplies, and other routine administrative tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer multi-line phone system and transfer calls.

· Greet visitors and notify appropriate personnel.

· Assist the Accounting team with processing customer payments, answering customer questions, and maintaining customer information within the ERP system.

· Assist in the planning and execution of office related events (ordering lunches, annual holiday party, etc.)

· Assist with travel arrangements upon request.

· Order and stock general office supplies.

· Order company gifts as needed.

· Clean coffee carafes, refrigerators, and maintain dishwasher as needed.

· Maintain order of mailroom, sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, stock mailroom printer, fax machine, maintain postage meter.

· Reconcile expense reports.

· Reserve conference rooms.

· Manage corporate sporting events ticket distribution.

· Miscellaneous duties as determined.

KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES / SKILLS

· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Ability to learn how to use web based phone system.

· Prior Experience using ERP system highly preferred.

EDUCATION

· Prior experience in an administrative, accounting, or sales support role.

· Associate Degree or greater is preferred but not required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· A “team player" mentality and positive attitude to support all facets of our business.

· A desire to learn the business to better serve the organization.

· An interest in developing processes that help the team and company be more efficient at what we do.

· Drug and alcohol screening.

· Background screening including previous employment, education, and criminal history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
