Receptionist / Front Desk

Outstanding opportunity for a part-time receptionist to join our team in our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic in West Springfield. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, answering multiple phone lines, preparation and execution of new patient intakes, checking patients in /out, accepting payments, scheduling / confirming appointments, managing spreadsheets, verifying insurance plans, and insurance verifications. Hours: Part time, M-F, hours vary, must be available between 8am - 5pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
