FRONT END DEVELOPER - Kids Dental Brands (Open to Remote/Hybrid)

Job summary:

We are looking for a Front End Developer who can develop effective user interfaces on the company website and business applications for internal use. The successful candidate will work closely with other software developers to design or update the front end of our various applications and make them more efficient and maintain consistency across them. The Front End Developer will also be responsible for creating innovative solutions to front end issues to help make our applications more visually appealing and enhance usability. This role will require a thorough understanding of front-end web development with a responsive architecture in a team-based collaborative environment.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Create graphic design assets and implement on websites and internal applications

• Make front end updates to websites and internal applications

• Manages CMS for website updates to widgets and themes

• Works with IT for ongoing back-end maintenance and perform front-end optimizations for page speed

• Constantly seeking to innovate through a mobile first mindset providing suggestions, feedback, and thoughts on UX/UI using analytics and user behavioral tools

• Provides feedback and suggestions for creative assets for web UX/UI best practices

Competencies:

• Knowledge of website management, design, and SEO best practices

• Working knowledge of and experience with web content management systems (CMS)

• Highly proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of C#, XML, JavaScript, React, Angular

• Experience with UX/UI design and some knowledge of adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  
  

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

Experience: Strong design skills and experience coding from mockups

Certifications: NA

Language Ability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
