This position is responsible for maintaining public areas of sports arenas and music theaters during scheduled events. Other responsibilities include, cleaning after concerts and sporting events picking up trash, cleaning and restocking restrooms and all other areas as assigned, ensuring cleaning is completed before the next scheduled event. This position reports to Events Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS

• Police public areas, emptying trash containers, picking up trash and debris during a sporting event or music concert.

• Restocking and cleaning restrooms while occupied during an event.

• Respond to radio calls from management for emergency clean ups as needed.

• Immediately report all accidents, incidents and damage to your supervisor.

• Must be polite and courteous to all attendees.

• Able to take direction from supervision and work independently.

• After the event (post cleaning), must be able to work as a team to quickly and thoroughly clean the stadium or theater to ensure facilities are clean projecting a positive image of the Company.

• Clean all tools, supplies, and equipment after each use and store in their proper place.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and late evenings.

• Load and unload supplies and equipment.

• Adhere to all applicable safety practices.

• Promote and exhibit Company culture and values.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours.

• Ability to work in a diverse environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sustained periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting and some repetitive arm and hand motion.

• Ability to use blowers, power washing equipment and other hand operated tools.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions
