Salon Receptionist

We are looking for a special person who will be the face of our business. You will make new and returning customers feel welcome at our salon, along with providing guidance and assistance with retail products. We find it extremely important to represent our image and brand by always coming in ready to work and representing the style and elegance we stand for.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: One year previous experience in similar environment (Beauty industry experience preferred but not required) .
• Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
• Friendly and outgoing
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to perform basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and ready to go above and beyond.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Team player.

Daily Responsibilities

• Checking in and out clients - Managing scheduling books
• Answer phone calls and texts on textline
• Making and confirming appointments
• Promote products and services
• Opening and closing duties
• Keeping the salon clean and tidy
• Keeping track of inventory
• Work in backbar assisting stylists

Job Type: Part-time

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Los Gatos, CA 95030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
